Hide glue?
« on: February 13, 2010, 01:57:00 PM »
Can anyone tell me the best way to make hide glue?

Or where I could buy some.

I don't know if this is in the right forum or not.

Thanks Longear

buy knox gelatin and mix it with a little cold water until it is like thin syrup.  Heat it up and you have hide glue.  Gelatin is mostly powdered pig and cow skin.
