There is really nothing to it, I use TB111. Just lightly sand the back and put a even coat of glue on one limb. While that is drying a little, soak one skin in water. Take it out and pat it down with a towel and put a it on the limb and work out all the air, keep working the air out and position the skin until it starts to dry. Repeat the on the other limb. Let the set for a while and trim the edge off about an 1/2 in. from the bow, some like to wrap it with ace bandage and let it sit 24 hours. After they are dry you can trim off to the edge with a file. The next step is to take some duct tape and put it on the skin and rub it down and pull off stating with head. You can seal it with true oil or your choice.

Sounds pretty simple! Do you face the scales in any particular direction?

I put the head in the midle of the bow and the tail to the bow tip and when you take the scales of, do it from the head to the tail.
