New Pope & Young book anyone....?
« on: February 11, 2008, 07:28:00 PM »
Hi all,

just wanting some info on this book as I just love a good read. What I'm wanting to know is if it's all just animal scores or is it mixed up with hunting articles and the likes?

I'm not that keen on a book full of animals scores so....

Al, If you are talking about " A Traditional Journey" it has article's and stories from the past to present up front and scores taken by traditional archery in the back. I hope this helps you, Mark

If you are talking about "A Traditional Journey", i was wondering if anybody has bought one.  i got mine a couple of months ago.  The first 3 sections are about Traditional bowhunting, hunting stories, & how to...the seond half of the book is traditional records.  i like mine.

Al Kidner

I have one of these books. There are about 100 pages of stories and how to articles and the rest of the 272 page book is dedicated to traditional archery records.

I agree with Mooseman76 about it being a nice addition to a traditional bow hunter’s library. It’s a nice looking book to have out on display too.

I also have it, bought it for the stories and history, couldnt care less about the scores, so about 1/2 of the book is good reading for me anyway.
