screan printing

Ok fellers I have a guy wanting a bow and he wants his logo added. Can this be screan printed on the sprat the clear coat over it?

ive seen someone print snakeskin patterns and stick them on with contact cement, then clear over them. looks very realistic. you could more than likely do it with the logo he wants on it as well.

Could you get a high quality printout of it and just apply it under the glass (that assumes you are using clear glass though).

maybe, but im not sure if the ink would run. also, there was a recent post about putting something else under glass and the consensus was that the material between the glass might shear while the glue held

might be easier just to print it and lay it down between finish coats, depending on finish and where he wants it

How detailed is the logo? I've been putting a vinyl sticker on my limb with no problem. I don't know how to make it permanent yet. Let me know if I can help.

not sure how well it would work but you might be able to rub a light coat of superglue over the sticker to make it permanent, just have to get it smooth so you dont have to sand, that can be a pain with superglue finish

1shot makes a real good product, I work for a sign shot and we print on cleared wood all the time! I am a newbie but I have done a fair share of screen printing.
