Has anybody finished one of there blanks? I really like the bamboo backed recuve that they offer. The are the only recurve like that that I have found and I am not interested in a longbow at this time, so please don't send me to places that only have longbows.

Good post. I was literally just researching their blanks as well. I'm considering buying one from them.

James is a good friend of mine and I can attest to the fact that he builds an excellent bow and glue-up! You won't be disappointed in anything that James makes.

Pat,
Thanks, I was thinking about the one that he makes the vagabond from. Have you seen that one? I was hoping to find more finished products, but so far I have not found much.

James' wife Becca had 5 or 6 of his bows at the N.C. Trad Championships near Hickory this past weekend. Contact James. I'm sure he will give you the names of references that own his bows. I know a few guys that own different styles of James' bows and even though I don't own one(yet) I would highly recommend anything James makes.
