Tiller check on osage self bow

Heres a few pics of her full draw.

 I think the top limb need about 8 scrapes or so for about 2/3rds from fade and the bottom about 10 or so for about 1/4 from fade.

 Tell me what you think.

Leave your bow braced and trace the top and bottom limbs on top of eachother.  Compare the lines and you'll know everything you need.

i think the bottom limb looks like most of the bend is concentrated about midlimb, with the area toward the tips being stiff as well. could be my eyes playing tricks, but i held a credit card up to my screen intersecting the middle of the handle and the tips and that area definitely looks straighter.top limb looks like a larger arc than the bottom limb does. how does the positive/negative tiller measure up?

Seems a bit stiff just above the fades? Not sure as the pic is a little too small and too much destraction in the background!!

I scaped it quite a bit out of the fade on the bottom (big ol nasty not right there) it's bending alot better in the fade areas. I scraped a little on the top from the fade out. I may still give her a few swipes around the tip areas but not much.

 Joe I got the bug bad man. I got a slew of black locust we can cut and know where there is a bunch of osage plus I got a few good hickory's that need to come down before the state takes them. Got a highway going through and they bought 3 acres of my spread and I figure I might as well getthe tree's that are good for getting.

Be careful with that knot; you don't want it bending too much. Jawge

I don't think you need any scrapes out where you say right now. I'm with Osagetree, the area at the fades needs to bend a tad more first, then finish off the entire limb.
