Finish spray

I have two bear take downs with the high gloss finish on them.

I want to redo and have good non glaring finish.

I just had a black widow redone and it is perfect if anyone knows what they use.

Could I get some recommendations.

Sand lightly and use spray satin polyurethane following the can's instructions.
