Hey all, I am going to build a laminated riser and was going to use Osage and Walnut, but I found a scrap piece of Rosewood in some of my father's wood working stuff so I thought that might be kinda pretty sandwiched in between 2 slats of Osage instead of the walnut.
I was wondering if you all thought that it would be compatible to glue together and how would you prepare it for gluing?
I already have my lams ripped to the width that I need and I'm ready to send them through the planer, is there any other special surface prep to do before gluing?
Also, would Tite Bond II be ok to use for the gluing?
Thanks,
SEMO
