Tillering at the fades.

I have never heard of this before and kindof thought I came up with it and was wondering what you guys think. An easy way to check tiller at the fades is to simply lay your bow on its back, on a workbench or on a floor. anywhere level will work good, and notice which side starts to bend off the level platform first, or more.

I just lay a level on the back of the bow riser and out past the fades while it's sitting in the tillering tree. Really should not be much bending in the fade areas. Just a tiny bit.

fades should bend just enough but not enough to take any set.
