All these abreviations and terms!

Someone please explain what some of these terms are, ya'll use on here. R/D bow , trap a back? BBo,
D bow, ERC, ttt, poc, and the list gets bigger for me, and mabye other newbies have some more. Sometimes I'm so simple, I can't stay on the same page with ya'll. Does anyone have a place with all these terms? This post is open for anyone else having trouble to ask too. If that is OK. Thanks
