osage selfbow

Is it ok to leave a slight propler twist in the very ends of my osage selfbow .It shoots great and the string stays on fine. It is 65" ntn Thanks

Glad you posted that question. I've been struggling with a prop twist in an osage stave myself. Almost got it out, but not quite. Great feedback.

I agree, I've got a 40# bendy handle flat bow with a slight prop twist, top limb is dog legged, but the string runs through the center of the handle area and it hits right where I'm looking.
It's just a joy to shoot.

After shooting at least 250 arrows thru it the bow is holding up great. Plus with the prop twist the bow isn't taken on any string set so maybe it is extra benefit. Thanks for the in put guys.
