Helmsman Spar
« on: May 30, 2011, 12:18:00 AM »
I have used this before, but directions always confused me.  The regular stuff applied by hand or brush says let dry 4 hours between coats.

The spray can stuff, says if you can't reapply within 1.5 hours, wait min of 72 hours and sand and reapply.

I wonder if the spray can stuff just won't adhere?

I know all urathanes do not adhere well to each other.  I bet the spray just wants it tacky so it will or wait til totally dray and sand to get it adhere.

I am doing my usual tonight.  I will put 5 coats of spray spar on with 15 min in between each coat, wait three days, sand and do it over again.
