tri lam or quad lam

hello guys i would like to make a tri lam and a quad lam all wood bow. Now i would like to make it outa ipe and hackberry, now i have the hackberry but now way to get it ripped down and have no clue as where to find the ipe. and what thickness in need them to be. So any help would be great as i want to start on this as soon as i get my other hackberry bow done. thanks in advance for all info givein jake
