Are you shooting a self bow? That's pretty common with them. Is it the leading edge of the feather that's hitting? If so, be sure to put a dab of glue on the front end of the fletch. That smooths the contact area a little, but more importantly, keeps the feather from slivering off into your hand. Might also try rotating the nock a little or switching feathers from left wing to right or vice versa. The leading edge is positioned differently on the shaft from one to the other.
