take down limb stuff

Can someone tell what the stuff is you put between the limb and riser where they bolt together is?and where I might find some?

Folks use different things.  Some use fiberglass, phenolic, rubber,cork, or my favorite felt.  Probably other things as well.

The cork gasket material from auto parts store works good. Tony

I get felt from a craft store in sheets, works great.
