I'm no expert, but I've done high temp, low temp, and room temp and haven't seen a problem or a difference yet.

I can't tell much diff, but the bow riser is pressed in the form on a 1 pc, and no stress on it like a strung bow in a hot car.

I have glued a couple times on risers and then glued it in a bow with no probs.

I cure my risers at a lower temp and less time because of fear of checking and have no problem with them, I think after gluing into bow and pressed the riser will post cure at the higher temp that my bow is cured.
If gluing phonolic risers i will sometimes glue one up and cure with a bow at same time but my high end exotics I won't let get that hot until glued in bow under presure

When I glue up a riser, I let it set at room temp overnight and then it gets heated when in the form of a one piece.

I heat mine at the same temp as the limb glue-up. Haven't had any problems
