Need advice on limb repair

I bought a set of Bill Stewart Multi-cam takedown longbow limbs, that appears that someone put them on another boyers riser. The bolt holes are slightly egged out and there is stress cracks about 2 to 3 inches long, in fiberglass, on front and back of limbs, thru center of bolt holes. The gentleman that sold them to me said to repair cracks with super glue. I want to hunt elk in the Pacific North West (RAIN) this fall. Is super glue the right type of repair or is there a better way?

If they were mine I would try and fill the crack with super glue or thin epoxy then put an overlay over the cracks if possible.

I've seen some nice take down limbs with phenolic over lay pads that were pretty cool. Maybe try some of those on each limb and redrill the bolt hole through the phenolic the proper size to take out slop? Maybe kill 2 birds with one stone?

I really don't know cause I'm not a glass guy, my bows are all wood. Just a suggestion.
