Do I have to specify bamboo or do the PL X bows come with it?

PLXs have Bamboo cores and veneers of your choice that are offered. THE PLV has all bamboo limbs.The veneer on the back over the carbon is stained brown in bamboo and ground thin.Got a 66 inch PLV TD and its tuff and rugged and performs great.Good luck with your widow Steve

PLX Osage is all Osage - it's the only X model without bamboo, and I hear they perform with excellence.

between the 2 Id go with the ironwood, thats what my PSAV is and its great
