Natural boo

If you have a wood bow and wanted to back it with boo, How many pounds roughly will it add if backed with boo?

lets figure the same board/stave one with it one with out it.

I know in glass bow every .001 thickness changes adds a few pounds to ending draw weight,

If you preped your boo down to nearly .125 would it add a bunch of weight?

Maybe thats why my bows turn out so heavy in draw weight. I've been adding 10# for backing and 10# for every inch reflex added. I aim for 20# belly, then add 3 inches reflex (30#) and 10# for backing, so 60# bow, aiming for 55# after final tillering and sanding. However, they always seem to be 60#ish at 4inches of movement when tilering and then either blow up or hinge or something like that.....
