Book or Video???

Can anyone please recommend a book or video on how the initial setup of a recurve and/or longbow is done? I'm interested in something that will show how to serve, place nocks, silencers, etc. Thanks in advance.

If you go on the Three Rivers site on the sponsors section and pick the "Archers Den" off the tool bar, there are a bunch of "how to" videos on what you are looking for.
