Hickory switch
« on: September 15, 2011, 03:52:00 PM »
Been a while since I have posted but I have been lurking on a regular basis. I want to show some of the bows I have been working on recently and more pics are to follow soon of other bows. This is a small hickory bow I made for my neighbor boy and it pulls 20# @ 24". I love the look of it and hope to build a larger version soon.

Lucky little neighbor!  You are going to hook him to stick and string.
Enjoy the hunt!  - Mitch

Thanks all. I loved shooting that damn thing too. Might have to make one for my son right now even though he is only 3 1/2. He has a small one Named hickory twig) already but I'm thinking he will outgrow it like real soon :-)
