Ouch! Those are some thin rings. I got after one slightly thinner last week, its backed with rawhide now!

Looks like the first good ring is about a1/3rd of the way down, just under that burn mark. Is that the one you are shooting for. Thats a lot of shaving, good luck.

That the one , finding alot of pin knots my have to boo this one , or make a short bow and back it will see what the Osage does
