Did you grind the lams yourself. They are a bit touchy and hard to grind unless you have a good setup. There might be another problem when you originally found the center line of the limbs. Did you double check to make sure center was true. I always do one side then flip over and find the center again. This allows a double check for the center line of limbs. If you haven't sanded on the limbs then you can check the nock grooves, then mark from fades every five inches check from center line to side of limbs for both limbs and adjust as needed. You might have a bow on strong side of limb that needs to come down a bit. Put the two limbs together and check the thickness of the two against each other. I hope that this helps
