reflex deflex tiller
« on: December 18, 2011, 03:20:00 PM »
Need some pics of unbraced and braced reflex deflex bows. Pics on the tree would be nice to.

I have a caul and would like to start building a few. Any other advice on tillering this style would be greatly appreciated.

Dont do it like my first one is the best advice I can give anyone. Upper Mid limb looks stiff ALWAYS and the moment you realize it is not is the moment you realize you have a hinge.

Here's a couple.  Sorry, I don't have any on the tree. None of these bows started with a lot of reflex, but did have a touch.  I'm no expert with deflex/reflex bows, but the ones I have made shoot great and hold their reflex well.  Hope it helps, Kris.
