RIP DCM

Note from the family on December 31, 2011

"I just wanted to let you guys know that David passed away tonight at 8:00. He fought a rough battle this week but passed very peacefully tonight. I want to thank all of you for your stories and for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. Would someone please spread this to the other sites? We will post all the funeral details on the caringbridge.org website.
Donna and Katherine Mims"

David Mims aka DCM was a regular at MOJam and other bowyer gatherings. As fine a fellow as you'd ever hope to meet, active in the rattan bows for kids projects and helpful to new bowyers. He taught me how to make my favorite skived leather handle wraps - one of his signatures on the fine bows he made.

Rest in peace brother of the bow.
