Goose, that is a proud day. The kid with the compass looks like he is king of the world. I am organizing a bow build with the local 4h club and I can only hope I end up with as much success.

EXCELLENT!!!  In my opinion it just doesn't get much better than this and you definately have your archery priorities in proper order.  Way to go!

Now, who had more fun, you or the kids?

Oh I definitely had as much or more fun than all of the kiddos.  It's funny how making a topic fun and engaging makes you the coolest guy on the block.  It didn't help that we were making bows  :D   I think my favorite question was "how many legal deer can I take with this bow?"  I'm so glad that they added legal deer in the question!

Oh and here is one of the pipe bows "tricked out".  We didn't have time to decorate them while building but some of the kiddos went home and did em up.
