I am building a Red Oak riser. After I have it shaped out. Where can I find the nut and bolts to be able to assemble the bow.

I just confirmed that 3 Rivers does not carry the take down nut and bolts.

You can get them from Kennys custom archery, bingham archery or bigfoot bows.
