opinions on horne ridge runner
« on: February 24, 2008, 06:29:00 PM »
I've been trying decide on a new bow.  I looked at buying a few used bows on this site but unable to find what I looking for all in one package.  I have decided to break down and order a new bow at the wieght and lenth that I want.  My brother has a Horne combow hunter longbow that shoots real nice.  But I have decided after trying to shoot a longbow for a year now that I just shoot recurves better.  I would greatly appreciate any info on the Horne ridgerunner.  Thanks

Very nice bows! They are fast and accurate. The grip is SWEET!They shoot with the best of 'em out there and for me I haven't found any that shoot better. Very fine choice in a recurve. Mark and Sandy Horne are two of the finest people in the bow biz and will build you exactly what ya want, just give them a call you won't be sorry you did.

BTW, I have 3 of their bows a Ridge Runner, Combo hunter longbow, and a Brushbow as well. Like'em all for different reasons. Good Luck!
