Best diablo blade for cutting 2" riser?
« on: June 06, 2012, 02:50:00 PM »
I need to buy a 10" table saw blade to cut the pads for takedown risers. It will be a Feud diablo blade but I'm not sure if I should get the 40 -60 or 80 tooth blade. Two inches of actionwood is a bear sometimes. What would work best. Thanks, Don

On Awood, I have much better luck with  fewer saw teeth. I use 24 t for everyday work.

It tends to gum up on the high tooth count.

I'd go with the 40-60 if I were doing it. JMHO
Stay sharp, Kenny.

I use the 40 tooth general purpose blade.
