Pin holes

I have a longbow that just got done final sanding. While inspecting, I found a pin hole on each side of 1 fadeout. The holes are about .020 deep and the same wide. Can I fill each super glue and forget about them?

Mix up some sanding dust with the ca glue. It will fill better.
