I am making a kids snakey osage from some salvaged osage I had. The limbs ended up very weak, so I added sinew to try and get enough weight for it to be suitable for the little ones.
Now it has some huge reflex, which is fine, but when I put on a long string 1 limb is super stiff and needs to be made to bend.
This is my first time with sinew, and I am not sure if I should work the sinew on the back or the belly wood on the limb to get it bending.
If I can pull it off it will be the coolest little bow in Alberta. 20# at 20" or better will be great, the bow is only about 40" long.
