I just finished a BBO longbow. 64" NTN,50# with slightly flipped tips and my question is this. The boo was 1/8" thick at the thickest and the osage has coome out at about 1/2" - 3/8" thick. Am I in trouble? Is the osage too thin?

I think you're fine. I assume we're talking 28" draw?
64" osage bow is not pushing the boundaries of the material at 50# I dont think. You should be fine.
As with any wood bow, check the bow frequently and carefully especially at the beginning.

Well I have put about 200 arroes thru it and so far so good. I haven't pulled it past about 24" as I shoot it in but it is sending a arrow with force.

Don't worry about the thickness if the bow is bending well and at the draw weight you are aiming for.
