Draw weight reduction

Well i'll try this again.

Does anyone know who does bow weight reduction?  I need a good bow lightened up a few pounds.  I am not a bowyer, so don't want to tackle it myself.
Help appreciataed.

Jim Belcher at Belcher Bows as well as Craig Ekin at Howard Hill Archery. Both do fine work!
