newbie needs help with tiller

It dont look right to me, but this is my first and I dont know what Im doing.  :dunno:  
I think the lower limb(left on pic) needs some sanded off but not sure.Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is that a glass r/d? If so, I'd judge by the measurement at brace. Measure the distance from string to the fades. Bottom limb should be 1/8" - 1/4" stronger. That's about all the tillering you'll do. The tiller at draw is accomplished more with your stack recipie than anything.
Looks fine, BTW. I'd just go with it and shoot it.
