Glass string follow
« on: March 24, 2013, 01:38:00 PM »
I recently built a glass string follow bout .75" setback. 66" and 51@ my 27" draw  I'm really happy with the way it shoots.
First question did I get lucky, this bow has very little handshock compared to most hill style or is this something because of the string follow
Second what kind of numbers can I expect with 10gpp of bow weight for this style

Any tips on this style of bows I'm going to start another soon

Is that bow painted to achieve that color?  That would be a great color for ground blind hunting!

Yes it's painted.  On the riser is a coat of rubber leak seal. Gives it a nice none slip grip with texture and a coat if black spray on limbs.  Then clear coat finish to protect

Not to shabby. Looks nice.
