Question on Draw weight

So I just build a recurve and it finished out to 53 pounds with a .290 stack. It is a 50s style with 1.5 inch wide limbs. I used .040 black glass and now was going to use the same lam thickness and do .043 clear glass. So my question is, any guess on how much the extra .006 of glass will add in draw weight? I am looking to finish this one at 57 pounds. I have my doubts on the extra .006 getting me that much more draw. What do you guys think?

According to my spreadsheet I use to calculate limb cores it says it will be 57.1 lbs. with .043 glass.

I'd trust Cupcake's calculation.  Glass thickness will add proportionately more draw weight than wood/bamboo thickness.  Since you only want to add 4 more pounds, just the change in glass thickness will likely get you there.

I think you will be a bit light with only adding .006.56 maybe. Try it and let us know what you get.

Well I ended up not gaining any draw weight at all. Haha. Don't think it had anything to do with the different lam wood I used (shouldn't matter much), I'm thinking it was from the riser being a little thinner going into the fades allowing it to bend a little easier in the fades. The bow I was basing it off wasn't as smooth into the fades so I wanted to improve on that from my previous bow. So now I'm 4 pounds shy of what I wanted....guess I'll give this one to a buddy and start a new one. Thanks for the help guys.
