Or people on the course might think you're stupid and don't know how to string a bow.  Not that anyone here thinks that or anything  :)

If your IBH to HBI conversion doesn't work out for you, I've got a beautiful lefty recurve...just don't ask how it got to be left handed!

I once made a static recurve selfbow with one tip bent to the back and one to the belly. I destroyed that bow before anyone saw it.
  You could do your new back glue up with slightly lower temp of use TB glue or Urac(or its substitute). All TB glues are stronger than the wood but you will get a little glue creap with it.
