When making the H Hill style longbows I have used a bowform with a center section flat as far as the end of the fadeouts. Then gradually started a true circle curve that ended with one inch backset at nocks. I had a steel template cut out with a Computer guided laser cutter. How do you do it? Is the real HH bows made with a curve in the handle section also, bending away from the shooter or is it flat like I do? I have never held an original HH in my hand. Bue--.
