I posted the other day about LVL I picked up from Menards and Crooked Stic got me to question the quality of the stuff I bought. I did some digging and asking questions and there are different ratings. The LVL that Menards carry is rated at 1.9 and the wood appears to be soft. I picked some up from a lumber yard and it is rated 2.0 and the quality and hardness is definitely better. So thanks CS for the heads up.
