"Asiatic bow" is a really broad term; broader even than "horse bow".  The nomad cultures of Central Asia, Japan, Korea and China developed at least a dozen major different designs of more or less short, short, more or less asymmetrical bows for use on horseback.  Those cultures also developed flatbows, longbows and a huge variety of other designs.  Can you give us a better idea of what you're looking for?

You probably should pick up Adam Karpowicz's book on Turkish bow construction, as it has lots of information that is relevant to all bows of their type.
