Call Master Crafters in Illinois.
They might but the shipping on a form is not cheap...

I don't know of anybody that sells forms.  Shipping would kill you!

You can get plans to make your own form from various suppliers like Binghams.

I don't know about forms, but Jim Thorne has some great plans available. You can reach him through his website  http://www.buildyourownbow.com/.  His recurve plans are great!

Buildyourownbow.com will have some awesome plans.  "Fedora Custom Bows", they used to make forms for $500-$550..you supply a template.

Do it yourself or find a friend with a router. Make a square slightly radiused sanding block about five inches long, screw on a pc. Of used sanding belt, put 1/4 inch face plate on one side to follow form and keep block square and touch
up your form and add glass, aluminum or formica.
Make spreaders or buy from binghams and use air hose. You will be fine.
This ain't rocket science and we are not going to the moon. The bow will likely shoot.
Its the craftsmanship that kills us cobblers..

You really don't even need the complicated air hose style forms.  I use the older, less expensive, simpler style rubber band forms with bands made from rings of large bicycle innertube spaced 2" apart from center.

You can see my form about 3/4 down in this discussion of my Scythian design:

I B from Midland.  Have place in Sonora where wood shop will be.  I took some advice.  Ordered the plans from Bingham.  Already have one limb form from Bingham from years ago.  Just getting older and lazy and back into trad archery.  Wanted to make some bows for myself and possibly grand kids.  Anyone getting out of the bow making business could have me in their sights.   :bigsmyl:

Flatbow, R/D bow, or recurve?  I've got a fast and easy method for flatbow...

I'd be happy to build you some forms, but like it was mentioned, shipping would be killer....

What type of bow are you building. Forms for Hill Style bows are simple.
