Ken, this is the one I use (bought a couple)
  http://www.harborfreight.com/adjustable-detail-spray-gun-92126.html

Trux, it was supposed to be 62" but needs a 60" string, so I guess it is really a 63" bow. 43@27, black glass with maple. Power lam and tip wedges. 0.300 stack with a total taper of 0.003.

Bigbob, that black palm is cool wood and not too bad to work with. Reminds me of your hairy oak a little.

You guys need to buy a real spray gun. Ya spend hundreds of bucks on glass and lams, and fancy riser woods, then ya spend 12 bucks for a spray gun? Ya spend 80 - 90 bucks for fancy bow finish and 12 bucks for a gun to spray it?    Geeze  Oh Man.....

I only use two tablespoons of finish at a time so the mini cup really works well.  If I was puttin another coat of gray primer on the 56 Ford like you I might get a bigger one.    :wavey:

Thanks guys. It is a 15" riser. I've never liked risers that have flat sections, hard edges and angles so I really try to get rid of them. I kind of want my riser to look like it has muscles. The riser on the bow Al made for himself really caught my eye because it was so sleek.

Norb,

Will your riser have Pins inserted in the 2 extra holes on either in?  Great looking bow!
