Help with Baby Hill Style bow

SO... I've got a lady asking me to build a “real” first bow for her year old grandson.  She basically wants a Hill style longbow 2-3 ft long drawing 10-15#s.  The idea is to start the youngster at age 2 and have a bow he can shoot for a couple years, and an heirloom to pass on to his son...

I'm thinking 30” long,  3/4” wide (so I can cut 1.5” lams in half).  Handle about 3" lolng with 1" fades.  I haven't a clue for a lam stack, but I'm thinking .03 glass x 2 (since I've got a short piece handy) plus a .07 wood lam (have those handy too).  If it's too weak I can always add additional glass to the back.

Any other thoughts, suggestions, etc.?  Anyone ever built something like this?

I wish I could help you out on that but I hope you keep us updated so we all can copy your work! I have a 15 month old and another on the way this January .

Maybe    this  can halp ya- at least a smaller scale to calculate down to your desired size!

Here is the specs I use:

36" bow....... 34" NtN, .030 glass, 120 total stack, 11" riser, no taper, 20# @ 21"
