What are ghost style limbs? forgive my ignorance.

Going from 2 lams to 3 or 4 or 20, really shouldn't change the stack at all if they're all the same material. The core material has alot less affect on a wood bow draw weight than on glass based on my experience and what I've heard about glass bow core woods.

Back with hickory or bamboo ... they are both epic and you will be happy.

Ghost style are basically straight then just take a smooth bend up to the tip, mine are about 3 1/2"  reflexed.

Like I stated  An additional 1/8" lam should do the trick.  My current thickness is 7/32" ........All maple core.  We don't have hick or boo in our parts.  Whats wrong with synthetic backing.?

Nothing wrong with synthetics at all. I think I understand your question now. Is this wood belly? And what draw length and weight?
