Hey guys,
Been some time since I have been able to build any bows lately do to work and other commitments. Today I started getting ready to glue up another Hill style bow that I wanted to make. Thing is I haven't built anything in some time and forgot the layout of the lams in the glue up. I am looking for back to belly for the core lams.
They include 1 .001 taper and 2 .002 taper lams. All will be on the back side of the riser with only the belly veneer running up the fades on the belly of the riser.
I would think that I would go with the .002 taper lams first and then the .001 taper then the riser.
Is this correct? Does it really matter?
Thanks guys... I'll post pics after I glue it all up.
Justin
