Short recurve 52"

This is still kind of a work in progress. It was originally 54" but kept getting sideways on me so I cut it down to 52" and she straightened up for me. This one is 56@28 and ziricote riser with some of Troy's zombiewood veneers. It's smooth out to 28". Might could squeeze an inch or so more out of it if I change the formula a little

Looks sweet. I just got a custom Falco Storm R/D longbow a few months ago that is 54" and 45# @28". Funny to call it a longbow. However it has become one of my favorite bows to shoot.  The short bows are a lot of fun.

I don't know if everyone does, but I go through spurts of what type of bow I like -- long riser mild r/d/longbows, heavy (metal) recurves, hill-style longbows, and most recently short forward-handled bows.
