Hey guys. I saw this
link
on another post (forgot which one) and I was wondering two things. Is this website reliable and what are arrow shaft seconds. Thanks in advance.

Haven't had any experience with them.
The reason they can sell them cheaper is getting around the Federal Excise tax on arrow shafts.
Even if half were usable it would still be cheap.
May have missed it but didn't see much on diameter.
