parallel vs conical again..

Hello friends.
I know this topic has been discussed on several occasions, but the translation I can not understand a little.
on 20013/14 there was a discussion of parallel vs conical.
if I understand someone argued that all parallel arc is more stable and faster in pfs ...
that they are sweeter conical opening at opening but fading at the tips give you whiplash and lose some speed.
nose if it and understood? or am I wrong?
Purpose of building arches rd bit steep and extreme Hybrids glass.
My main idea was in the parallel back and the belly conical .002 shorter arcs,
and longer bows back and parallel conical Central and belly to have a balance far far one another. to maintain more or less the characteristics of both.

I think you mean "tapered" instead of "conical). Both taper(go from thick to thin) but  "conical" would be round(a cone) and the "tapered" one is flat.
