Privacy is something you have to work at, on-line.

If you have any social media presence, you basically sign your life away when you hit the 'accept, button regarding terms of use for all the bigger social media sites.

Facebook is probably the worst, but they are all pretty bad.

Everything you sign up for leaves you open to having your info hacked. The less info on-line, the safer you are.

I always use gift cards when I purchase on-line. At least that way there's a pretty tight cap on how much you can rip me off for if you get hold of the card number.
