Bow Needs Trapping or Tillering

Hi All,
    Does anyone know of a bowyer in the San Francisco area who could trap or tiller my longbow to a 10% draw weight reduction. I suppose I could attempt it myself, but a first attempt might be a bit of a risk. Thanks.
